Consider approval of an annual concrete contract with Arreguin Group, Inc. for concrete repairs and B&B Concrete as a secondary back up for concrete repairs as needed. b. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $117,930 for the Westmoreland Road expansion project. c. Consider a Resolution of the City Council of the City of DeSoto, Texas, finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s application for approval of a distribution cost recovery factor distribution rates within the City should be denied; finding that the City’s reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the company and legal counsel; and providing for an effective date. d. Consider a Resolution to approve the submission of the grant application on behalf of the DeSoto Police Department to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division for the 2022 Crimes Victim Assistance Coordinator Project. e.
