Consider Zoning Case Z-1306-15; an amendment to the PD-105 to consider for approval the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Elevations and a drive through facility, as well as requested deviations; an area north of Belt Line Road and approximately 200 feet east of Elerson Road; consisting of approximately 1.6 acres and one lot; and adopting Ordinance.
